If
things don't turn out the way that I would like, it is not
the end of the world. It is not the end of the world! I will
survive.I will live through this experience and survive. It is ok
to be sad for a little while, but life will go on, I will
survive. I am still a valuable person. I can learn from what has
happened because everything happens for a reason. Everything.
Every event is a learning experience. I can take this event and
find some good in it. It may teach me a life lesson or two. I
know that things happen for a reason. It is to learn and grow and
to become a better person for it. I cannot change the outcome of
a past event, but I can change my reaction to it. There is
goodness in everything.I can learn from what happened so that the
next event may be more successful. I will not give up. I will not
let anything get me down. It may take me a little longer than I
expected, but that is fine. As long as I keep trying, I have
succeeded! There are always other solutions out there. Because
there is goodness in everything, I will accept the outcome of an
event and use it as a tool. Maybe I can help others. Maybe I am
destined to take a certain path that I had not realized. Through
all of this, I know that things will turn out fine at the end and
that I will survive.
